What is RGBW and why does it matter?

RGBW means each bulb has dedicated red, green, blue, and warm-white diodes. RGB-only systems can't produce true warm white for everyday use — RGBW is the standard we install.

Can different parts of the house show different colors?

Yes. Independent zones let the roofline run Christmas while the trees stay warm white, or the garage outline runs team colors during a game.

Owning RGBW permanent lighting is like owning a paintbrush with 16 million colors. Most homeowners want a starting point. Here are the palettes we install most often as default scenes.

Christmas: alternating warm red (#FF1A0A) and pure green (#00B33C), with optional twinkle. Classic and unmistakable.

Halloween: pumpkin orange (#FF6A00) with deep purple (#5B0A91) accents every fourth bulb. Add a slow flicker for drama.

July 4th: red-white-blue chase pattern at medium speed. Switch to a fixed warm white for parties earlier in the day.

Valentine's Day: soft pink (#FF6FB1) with white accents.

Game day: your team's two primary colors in a slow alternating fade.

Default year-round: warm white at 2700K, dimmed to 60%. Looks like a high-end landscape install.
