8-year product warranty
Tracks, controllers, transformers, and all install hardware are covered for 8 years against manufacturer defects.
Lifetime warranty on bulbs
Every RGBW LED bulb we install is covered for life. If a single node ever fails, we replace it — no charge, no questions.
3-year labor warranty
We cover labor on any warranty repair for the first 3 years after install — no service-call fees, no diagnostic fees, nothing.
10+ year LED life
Commercial-grade RGBW LEDs rated for 10 years (and counting) of nightly operation — engineered to outlast Texas heat, hail, and ice events.
What's covered
- Workmanship on track installation under your eaves
- Re-securing or re-aligning fixtures (3 yrs labor)
- Loose connections and weather sealing
- Controller and app pairing issues
- Scene library updates and Surplife app firmware
- Lifetime bulb replacement on any failed LED node
What's not covered
- Damage from severe storms beyond fixture wind-rating
- Modifications by other contractors
- Power surges (not protected by a whole-home surge protector)
- Cosmetic damage from owner painting or fascia replacement
Warranty is non-transferable upon sale of the home unless registered with us within 30 days of closing. Full warranty document is provided with your install paperwork.
