Lifetime warranty on lights
Every LED light/node we install is backed by a lifetime light warranty against covered product failure.
10-year product warranty
Controllers, power supplies, wiring, track/channel, and covered system components are protected by a 10-year product warranty against manufacturer defects.
3-year labor warranty
Labor on covered warranty repairs is included for the first 3 years after installation.
12V low-voltage system
Our 46-lumen permanent LED nodes run on a safe 12V low-voltage system engineered for long-term reliability in North Texas weather.
What's covered
- Covered LED light/node failure
- Covered product defects on system components
- Controller and power supply defects
- Covered wiring or connection issues
- Track/channel issues caused by covered installation defects
- Labor for covered warranty repairs during the first 3 years
What's not covered
- Storm damage, hail damage, lightning, flooding, or acts of God
- Power surges unless protected by proper surge protection
- Damage caused by another contractor, homeowner modification, painting, remodeling, roof work, fascia replacement, or gutter work
- Wi-Fi/network issues unrelated to the lighting system
- Cosmetic damage not caused by product failure or installation defect
- Normal wear outside covered warranty terms
Full warranty terms are provided with your installation paperwork. Warranty coverage applies to covered defects and does not include damage caused by storms, power surges, third-party work, homeowner modifications, or misuse. Warranty is non-transferable upon sale of the home unless registered with us within 30 days of closing. All warranty service is performed by Astoria Lighting Co.
