Every install uses the same commercial-grade 12V color-changing LED lights, the same Astoria Lighting app, the same 10-year product / 3-year labor warranty, and the same lifetime light warranty. Labor scales with linear footage and height — that's why two-story and commercial installs run more total dollars, even at the same per-foot price.

Design-wise, any roofline reads beautifully at 6-inch bulb spacing in warm white — most homeowners run warm white at 50–60% brightness every night of the year and reserve full color for actual holidays. The look is restrained, expensive, and architectural — not "Christmas lights left up year-round."
