Before you submit
- • Try power-cycling the controller (unplug 30 seconds, plug back in)
- • Force-close and reopen the Surplife app
- • Check the Surplife app for a firmware update notification
- • Note roughly where on the house the issue is — front-left, gable, etc.
Most app/scheduling issues resolve with a controller restart. If that doesn't fix it, submit the form and we'll dispatch a tech.
