Frisco TX Permanent Holiday Lighting: Neighborhood-by-Neighborhood Guide

Frisco is one of our top three install markets in DFW. The HOAs are organized, the architecture leans modern-traditional, and homeowners here expect the lighting to disappear by day. Here's how we approach the four neighborhoods we install in most often.

Stonebriar: classic two-story brick and stone facades with strong gable lines. Most homes here run $5,300–$9,400 because the gables and dormers add labor. Stonebriar's HOA reviews under standard architectural guidelines — we file the ARC packet for you and have a 100% approval record in the community.

Phillips Creek Ranch: newer construction, cleaner rooflines, more one-story and 1.5-story homes. Average install $3,500–$7,000. The PCR ARC accepts our standard submission packet without modifications.

Newman Village: estate-tier French and Mediterranean architecture. Expect $9,500–$14,500 for the lighting alone, often bundled with brass landscape uplighting on mature live oaks. We've completed 20+ Newman Village installs.

The Trails: mix of one-story and two-story traditional homes. Most installs land $3,500–$8,000. The HOA is one of the friendliest in Frisco for permanent lighting.

Across every Frisco neighborhood we install in, we use the same color-matched aluminum channel, hidden track, and submit a complete ARC packet on your behalf. The quote is fixed; HOA approval is included.
