Permanent Holiday Lighting as a Gift: Financing, Gift Cards, and Surprise Installs

Every December we install 4–6 permanent lighting systems that are surprises — adult children gifting their parents an upgrade, spouses surprising each other for an anniversary, families pooling for a milestone birthday. It's logistically easier than you think.

Option 1: gift card. We sell gift cards in any amount from $250 to $14,500. The recipient redeems against any service — front-only, full wrap, landscape lighting, or warranty extensions. Cards never expire.

Option 2: deposit + design. Pay a $250 design deposit and we'll quietly schedule a daytime visit for measurements while the recipient is at work. The recipient picks final colors and scene preferences after the surprise.

Option 3: full surprise install. For one-story homes we can complete a full install in a single day while the recipient is out. We handle the reveal video and even pre-load 'Happy Birthday' or 'Welcome Home' custom scenes set to trigger when they pull in the driveway.

Financing for gifts. Family members can split the cost — we accept up to 4 payment methods on a single install, and 0% financing for 12 months can be in any single name on the account.

The most-popular gift install we do is a one-story full wrap for parents at $4,000–$5,800 — about $400/month financed and roughly 3 years of seasonal install savings recovered immediately.
